How to care for mimmi beauty cases

We recommend washing the products by hand and carefully.

If you prefer to wash them in the washing machine we give you a couple of tips:

- Turn it inside out.

- Wash it with a maximum temperature of 30ºC.

- If possible put it inside a “laundry protection bag”.

- Do not use bleach.

- Iron at 110ºC maximum.

- Do not dry clean.

- Do not tumble dry.

- Do not tumble dry.

- Do not wring or rub.

Jewelry materials

All our jewelry is made with surgical stainless steel (316L).

Stainless steel jewelry is characterized by being durable and having a high resistance to rust or dirt.

And yes, they are WATERPROOF jewels, therefore, you can swim in the pool or in the sea with complete peace of mind.

Best of all, they are HYPOALLERGENIC. The percentage of people who are allergic to surgical steel is minimal, since this material contains almost no nickel.

How to care for jewelry

  • Clean them with a cloth and a little soap, rinsing them with plenty of water afterwards.

Our product launches usually take place at 16:00 CET (Central European Time), a date that will be communicated in advance on our social media channels and on the Coming Soon page.

Buy on-demand

Buying on-demand means buying a product on demand; we produce the exact quantity of items that will be sold.

It is a normal purchase, we just have to finish making the item and, therefore, the delivery time is longer than usual. The production time is 5 - 15 days , it will depend on the demand we have at that time (on special dates such as sales, holidays or Christmas, the production time may be longer). We will do our best to ensure that you receive the order as soon as possible <3.

We don't want to be fast fashion and this requires a little time, love and patience.

How do I know if an item is on-demand?

You will see it indicated on the website. It will also indicate the delivery time.

What happens if my order contains multiple items, but only some of them are on-demand?

We try to send the order in a single shipment for logistical reasons and to try to reduce CO2 emissions. If you want to receive the items and then the on-demand products, we can make two shipments, so you can enjoy some of them as soon as possible. Standard shipments (Spain peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal) are made through Correos. They usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days.

If you need to have it sooner you can choose express shipping 24/48 hours.

What happens if they attempt a delivery and I'm not home?

Correos will attempt 2 deliveries .

If delivery to your home is not possible, you will receive an SMS or notification with the details of the Post Office where you can collect your mimmi package . Remember that you will have 15 days to collect the package and that it will be available from the day after receiving the SMS or notification.

Shipments are made from our warehouse in Barcelona, ​​Spain.

From mimmi we ship to practically the entire European Union. These are the rates:

Do you ship to CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA or MELILLA?

No :( We still do not offer shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, we are working on it.

Shipments to the EUROPEAN UNION

They cost €12/15 and usually arrive in 5/8 business days.

All customs charges (if any) will be borne by the recipient. In the event that the customer rejects the package at customs, mimmi will not be responsible for the package or the costs associated with it.

Shipping to EUROPE (NOT EU!!), UK and INTERNATIONAL

At this time we only ship to mainland Spain, Spain Balearic Islands, Portugal and some European countries.

It takes 2 to 4 days to process the order. Once shipped you will receive several emails with the tracking number.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Being a new and small brand, we have a limited amount of stock.

To ensure access to our products, our anti-fraud system may cancel orders from customers who try to purchase quickly within a short period of time. It may also be that we have run out of stock and the product is already sold out.

Can I modify the shipping details of my order after I have placed it?

If we have not yet sent your order, we can modify the data.

Returns and refunds

What is the return policy?

We strive to offer you the best products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it.

1. CHANGES (Peninsular Spain Only)

To start the process, send us an email indicating the order number to hello.mimmibrand@gmail.com, you will receive an email with the steps to follow.

The cost of the change will be your responsibility, the cost will be €7 which must be paid via bank transfer. You have 15 days from when you receive the product to request the exchange.

Remember that to process an exchange the item must be in perfect condition. The product must be intact, unused, with all original packaging and labels. The mimmi team has the right to reject returned items if they are not returned in perfect condition.

2. RETURNS

The return will be processed within a maximum period of 15 business days from the delivery date. Remember that to accept a return the item must be in perfect condition.

To initiate the return, send us an email indicating the order number to hello.mimmibrand@gmail.com, you will receive an email with the steps to follow.

Next, you must send the product to our warehouse. You can do it by postal mail or through any courier company. Remember that mimmi is not responsible for the cost of this return shipping.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

Once we have received your package, a member of the team will check that the product is in perfect condition. Then, we will proceed to refund the amount by refunding the credit card, debit card, PayPal account or the payment method used. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase you made and the refund payment may take 7 to 20 business days.

Please be patient, we are a small team and we strive to improve every day.

Return of uncollected packages

If a package is not collected at the delivery point within the stipulated time and is returned to our warehouse, we will proceed to refund only the amount of the products . Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Important: Please make sure to pick up your package within the time specified by the delivery point to avoid inconvenience and additional costs.

If you cannot find the package, we recommend that you first contact the transport company to request proof of delivery, as well as ask your neighbors/flatmates if they have collected the package on your behalf.
